alle Bewertungen anzeigenwhew! This was an amazing workout! As someone who lifts weights and can hip thrust over 200lbs, I almost fell over when we started doing lunges. I also Thought my arms were gonna burn off for a minute there. lol but they didn’t & we survived. Great burn. Also, The instructor does a great job of checking in and reminding you what you should be feeling and how your body should be positioned throughout the entire exercise. Loved all of the classes I’ve been to so far. This one was the most challenging, but challenging in a good way.
