I’m usually a “slow quiet class with many corrections” type of person but this was very chill for a “weights and music” type of class. Tammy is the sweetest and I’m telling people I know to go here.

I love coming to this class after a long day working on the computer and having the class as my last activity of the day allows me to really calm myself before i wind down. This class is one of my favorites!
