Called the facility to confirm and they promptly guided me to Downtown PeralRidge (near CPK and Dunkin Donuts; old Fun Factory).Took the “weight lifting” focused class and it was pretty intense, but everyone was so motivating and the Trainers offered modifications to any workouts as needed. Definitely coming back again to try out their other classes and to do this one again!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI had never done hot yoga, and it was quite challenging. However, the instructor was very informative regarding expectations. And knowing that I was a newby, she went to great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable and cared for. Kudos to her 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼 I would definitely attend her class again. Mahalos

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenJustin made us feel really comfortable. He has mostly regulars and knew this was our first class, so he moved them to accommodate us WITHOUT us asking. He just wanted to be able to watch our form and train us. I appreciate how thoughtful he was. This was my first booty class and machines can be really intimating but it was a great coach. I will definitely be coming back.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI wanted to wait to write this review but ClassPass is making me do it now. I really wanted to love this place! I heard good things about it a couple years ago and just never had a chance to check it out. Location: if you are facing the building entrance, walk on the outside of the building on the right down the driveway, last door in the back. I had to ask someone walking out for clear directions. Workout: The workout itself was good/challenging. You do 4-6 different exercises for 3 rounds and take turns. I’m old so if you remember curves it’s like hot girl curves. lol one less star bc I just wasn’t feeling the vibes. I think the coach must have been distracted by other things so initially I didn’t feel welcomed/greeted but someone ended up saying hi and guided me. It was just my first impression, probably not like that all the time. The studio itself is clean. clean machines, clean toilet, but it’s definitely tell it’s ran by a man. It’s the little things, no water refills, no Towel rental, etc Maybe I’m just spoilt with my home studio. Cleanliness: they didn’t require wipe down machines/equipment between sets? Or maybe I was just out of the loop. definitely bring your towel. The moment he said 10 burpees per a person that was missing a towel I dipped. lol I’m probably just used to my home studio and I have expectations of cleanliness, friendliness, and warm vibes for similar cost. I think if you already know people or know someone that goes it would probably be a better experience.
