alle Bewertungen anzeigenI like this class a lot im surprised its not more full. Its more simple for the moves on the bike but i like the arm exercises. This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class
