I love that she provides amplifiers as well as modifications for the moves in order to get the most out of each class. She is encouraging and uplifting and I feel like I always get such a good workout in! I truly recommend Maddie’s classes for all levels she’s a 10/10 instructor.

All of the instructors at this facility are great at offering modifications in class(I’m currently pregnant and they have all been very accommodating). Something I specifically liked about Beth’s class is how she explains the movements and gives lots of cues on body position so that you get the most of out the exercises. She also gives ample time during each exercise so you have plenty of time to set up and figure out the exercise if it’s one you’ve never done before.

He was also very considerate with asking for consent to gently correct my form (which was needed and appreciated!!) all and all I will definitely be back. alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’ve been to about 6 Pilates classes at 6 different studios. Legacy Club Pilates is my favorite so far. I am thankful there is no loud music and that the focus is on the flow of exercises to strengthen and lengthen upper, core and lower body. They have a system (and add’l props) that non of the other studios have to safely support the body while still challenging the different muscle groups. The instructor was so nice and watched our group to make small adjustments when needed.
