alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe studio is so beautiful and clean with plenty of space, a nice (separate) lobby, bottle filling station, bathrooms, etc. Carter at the front desk is so joyful and welcoming and greets people by name. And BRIDGIT!!! Wow! She makes the class! She remembers people and details about them, greeting people by name and with a hug. Thanking you for sharing an hour of your time. It is the greatest environment I have ever experienced. The class itself has plenty of modifications and is entirely guided with light up candles, relaxing music, semi-darkness semi-hot. Be aware that Yin is a slower practice and more of a stretch and mental practice than a physical workout but a great Sunday morning weekly reset. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenMy first class at this studio and I’m already hooked! I took the hot yoga sculpt class yesterday morning and it was such a great experience. The studio was clean and had a really welcoming atmosphere and everyone was encouraging, which made it easy to jump in even though I hadn’t done yoga in years. The class itself was challenging (it definitely kicked my butt!) but I felt amazing afterward. The instructor was excellent. He explained the moves clearly, made sure everyone’s form was correct, and kept the energy motivating throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a class that pushes you while still feeling supportive.
