alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhat a gem. The studio has the ambiance of a cute boutique, but is spacious with showers, changing areas, and a large studio with a wall of windows to practice. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the other students were kind and inclusive. The 2 hour master class I attended was challenging, incorporating both Bikram and Ashtanga poses and transitions. Anthony was a warm instructor and I very much enjoyed my time here. if I wasn't from out of town visiting, I'd definitely return.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenJennifer is great!! We came to this studio years ago and loved it but after its recent renovation we’ve returned and love it even more. The hot 26 will keep you challenged and although the poses and instructions never change you’ll have a different experience every time you step up to the mat. The only thing this studio doesn’t have that I really love after a hot workout is a cold lavender towel. That would really just put this place over the top.

I had just hopped off a flight and was looking for some yoga and this description intrigued me 🌕 I’m so glad I booked it and came, it was inspiring and the instructor had great music, great energy, and the mix of breathwork, flow, and sound bath was just what I needed. The front desk gal was so helpful too! Everyone was welcoming and I only wish I had this studio back in San Diego!
