Great music choice, absolute chefs kiss from edm to indie throwbacks like alt-j and 80s pop. Honestly a great start to my day, will be going back.

They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis yoga class was truly rejuvenating. It started with gentle warm-ups and transitioned into a lightweight flow, building strength and flexibility. The instructor's guidance was excellent. Towards the end, we had a short meditation and relaxation session, letting go of tension through guided visualization. The calming atmosphere left me feeling peaceful :)

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe best spin/workout class I’ve ever been to. You go to the rooftop of the Mayfair hotel, you are greeted by a nice pool next to where the spin class is held. The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have. I will be summer ready in no time!!
