I eagerly anticipate her classes whenever I have the opportunity to attend. However, I would suggest for the instructors to announce the no-filming policy before class starts.There was a girl filming in class a few rows ahead of me, and it was a bit distracting because I didn’t want to be recorded, especially since everyone else follows the rule and there are signs on the door before entering class.

Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

It is low intensity which is not something I’m used to but I love that it makes me slow down and focus on smaller, precise movements that really do burn! Also Nicolette is a great instructor, she has a clear crisp voice and constantly walks around the room to correct form. I will be coming here weekly!

I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
