    First cycle30 with Allie and she was so vivacious and fun! I appreciate that every instructor here brings their own personality but are all so welcoming, motivating, and non-judge mental. It’s clear they’re all well trained and the fact they all use the same names for the same moves makes it easy to come back class after class no matter who the instructor is teaching that day.

    Christina was great, she explained the machine eloquently at the beginning and FORMation is very beginner friendly. The group I was in was smaller (maybe 7 people) which allowed Christina to be even MORE engaging to ensure the safety, fluidness and strength of every motion

    The class was definitely challenging for a reformer beginner. There’s a steep learning curve to the reformers and the moves. I thought since I’ve done lots of barre and Pilates classes I’d be fine. The instructor showed the new students some basics of the reformers before class started then we dove right in. The instructor wore a microphone and cued the following move during the current move for fast transitions. That part confused me. I don’t think I’ve ever sworn so much during a fitness class. The instructor offered feedback and corrections. The studio is well designed. After class, the instructor was very nice and another student told me her first time was difficult too, so that was encouraging.
