Elian was incredibly welcoming, explained everything clearly, and made the class feel approachable right from the start. Super encouraging throughout. The workout itself was awesome — definitely challenging, but easy to go at your own pace and modify where needed. The space has a really cool vibe too. Would absolutely come back for another class!
