    YINYASA

I’ve taken a handful of Dryp classes just because it’s close to me and yinyasa with kelly is by far my favorite. Good variety of flows with some interesting poses + she always offers adjustments and adaptations. You can tell she pays attention to the energy of the class.

Really great instruction. I'm a yoga purist and I don't like when people are late to class. They let four or five people in a few minutes into class and I found it very distracting. But other than that great class.

Damien’s class was so much fun. I instantly felt a sense of community. The class was challenging, Damien was motivating and implemented frequent breaks which helped me feel a lot stronger through each circuit. I can’t wait to take another class with him!

    Y6 Restore

I was super sore from an intro to strength training class and needed a nice stretch. This class was such a good pace and I loved how long we stayed in each stretch. Mallory was a lovely instructor. If I had to give any feedback I would ask for more detailed instruction for specific stretches, I wasn’t familiar with most of them and felt like I was doing them wrong. But she was clear about moving in a way that feels good for you! Wasn’t busy on a Monday night!

    Slow Flow (in-studio)

Lara is an amazing and talented yoga instructor/teacher/coach. She brings an innovative style of poses that thoughtfully stretches the entire body and internal organs. With a focus on breath and well-being, I always feel a peaceful energy after each class. The studio is a rarity and a fabulous respite from all the hot yoga offerings around town. I’m so thankful that they accept Classpass. Thank you🙏🏼

    Urban Hot Flow

Friendly and kind instructor. Incredible talented at teaching. My only feedback and this is so small and not a big deal- he mentioned assisting people and us opting out if we didn’t want that. I didn’t see him doing that. Some of my postures probably could use some tweaking haha. LOVED THE SPACE!

Roger keeps the temperature reasonable- it’s hot but it’s not disgusting. I went to a class the week before with a different instructor that had less participants in the class, and it was disgustingly hot. This class had way more people, but it was a bearable temperature and a great workout.

Classic Pilates Reformer Flow (All Level)

Fantastic class. It’s a traditional Pilates on a machine so if you are used to Lagree or Solidcore you may find it “easier” at first but do not worry, it will kick you b^tt in all new way. Great experience to focus on different muscles and work on combining breathing and movement. Katie is an incredible teacher - I took her classes elsewhere and always have a great workout and overall experience (and pain after lol). Little studio hidden around Factoria mall area. Just do not stop in one of the hun food places or bakery afterwards.
