This is a straight up fitness weights class and I can’t wait to go back. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. This isn’t yoga - you’ll build muscle and cardio in this one. A lot of people complain about the heat in this studio- it is very hot, which I like. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The instruction was extremely technically rigorous and thoughtful —- Max was very warm and encouraging as we got used the props to get into inversions !
