The music was fun and the studio has nice natural light. Although it was difficult, it was so fast paced time flew by and I felt so accomplished after. I really like barre3!

Take the 60 minute class w Carried because if you need what I call a “brutally good” workout? Yep, a Barre3 class w Carrie. Never taken a Barre class and I’ll definitely be back. It was a bit too intense for me as I am more of a Pilates flow student, but Jasmine was kind and offered modifications for me. The studio is really nice and well equipped. Hope to visit again to try some of the lower level classes permitting there is availability at times I can make it.
