see all reviewsThis was a tough but great class! Jed was clear with instructions and helpful with modifications. The reception crew and group vibe was very welcoming. When I told one of the staff members this was more challenging than some other HIIT classes I’ve taken recently, she told me about some of the other classes and their lower intensity. I’d like to check those out!

Nobody made me feel embarrassed and autumn was very sweet about it!
