alle Bewertungen anzeigenJiYeong is so detailed as an instructor and always has a clear focus and routine, really making each session a workout (don’t be deceived— her routines seem simple but result in happy, sore muscles!) as well as a meditative experience. She really emphasizes good form (so important and often overlooked) and routinely makes corrections. Instead of reformers, class today used the stability chairs (new to me). i enjoyed the variation.

Super welcoming, kind and really attentive to each student and their specific needs, injuries. It’s clear she cares a lot about what she does and wants to help others. Definitely would join this studio just because of her! ♥️
