She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

Also do NOT go up the stairs from the deep end of the parking lot. I got stuck. Go up from near the parking lot entrance.
