The Alignment Yoga I class was excellent and the instructions were clear, though the instructor's voice was a bit soft initially and the entire class would benefit to explain what we are about to do rather than jump straight into it. However, the atmosphere felt slightly unwelcoming as a newcomer; the instructor was noticeably warmer toward regulars than me. A few logistics to note: The "10-minute late" policy feels a bit intimidating, especially since instructors must manually open the studio for night classes. On the plus side, the unmanned QR-code retail concept is unique and efficient. If you're coming for a night session, parking is plenty and easy to find. Might return for the reformer classes!
