    First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Dahliah was really helpful in making adjustments and considerate in providing alternatives based on the body conditions. Excited to come back and get stronger 💪🏼 If anything, I'm wondering if having the AC and low temperature and high fan speed is needed for a workout class- but if you're not used to this, may want to wear a windbreaker or a hoodie and sweatpants to keep you warm.

    Huge shout-out to Cyrus! Walking into a weightlifting session can be intimidating, but their energy makes every class something to look forward to. He is incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, ensuring our cues are correct even when the intensity is high. 5 person in 1 group. The atmosphere is always supportive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone from beginners to seasoned lifters!

    Instructor was clear and love the challenging but doable class, had a good sweat!! class a lil big so less personal adjustment but okay for me. Need to go early cos difficult to get parking. Also, one less star bcos I’d prefer receptionist be more informative and helpful abt where to go, where to change / toilets etc to first timers (like myself) instead of promoting membership only.

    Hyrox - Foundation

    the space is big for HYROX training.. since this was beginner friendly class so it was a bit mild.. I was expecting a bit more challenging. very less parking space and during peak hours it might take hours to reach. other than that the studio has few changing rooms and toilet at the ground floor.
