What is Savasana?
Savasana, also known as Corpse Pose, is the final resting pose in a yoga sequence. Typically performed at the end of class, it involves lying flat on your back with heels spread as wide as your yoga mat and arms relaxed at your sides.
How do you do Savasana?

Lie on your back and spread your feet as wide as the mat, placing your arms at your sides with palms facing upward. Close your eyes and allow your body to relax. Release any conscious breathing and focus on eliminating tension from your body.
