Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Marcus paired me with an excellent, helpful partner and checked in on me to encourage me and assist with form. The challenges can be overcome with familiarity and with consistency it's a good workout.

They will motivate you without pushing too hard or creating an environment where injuries can happen. Very welcoming environment.
