My nails look great— and I didn’t experience her being overly aggressive with my nail beds like others mentioned. I went in the morning when they were pretty dead, and I do wonder if that was a factor vs late afternoon when everyone is getting off work.

The color selection is awesome, they also offer specialty styles such as chrome and cat eye. My nail artists were Kim and Nick. Both of them were extremely talented and communicated with me the whole time to make sure I was happy. They were fun, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. The complimentary wine was definitely a plus. Most importantly, my nails look BOMB. I’m sooooo happy I found Serenity Nails. Overall you should definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it!!!!!!

However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. My masseuse was excellent and focused on all the areas I requested. The complimentary tea and water after the massage were great. I would definitely return to this place. The hot room was nice, and overall, it was a very relaxing experience.
