alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis one was tough, but fantastic!! Carolyn picked super challenging exercises that worked several muscle groups in different ways! Not for the faint of heart. We used 10 lb weights, an exercise ball & a block to offset our balance & work harder. I like that her fun music helped keep the tempo of the exercise too! I need that to stay motivated ☺️ The House Concepts studio is huge & has beautiful decor. So nice to have a smoothie bar & seating to chill afterwards. Will definitely be coming back!!

Not only does his playlist slap, the programming was great with a lot of classic compound movements as well as more interesting accessory work. He was kind, but also pushed us really hard, kept the energy high, and ultimately delivered a savage workout which was justttt the right amount of grueling. I’ll definitely be back for his class.
