She’s introduced totally new techniques, incorporates props in a thoughtful way - plus, the beat of her music is perfectly curated for each movement which makes the workout go by so quickly. A special thank you to Miriam for her tireless effort to often run the studio solo (she handles the busy lobby with so much grace) and for her sweat sessions that deliver a dopamine rush I can only really describe as addictive.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI didn’t take the class - couldn’t find it. I used the gym and learned there was a whole downstairs as I tried to leave - maybe it was there. As I got into the reception a patron was complaining about poor ventilation and I noticed the same. The conditions are so so there. I didn’t feel it was all that clean and the equipment wasn’t re wracked it was all over the place. Some patrons were doing a lot of grunting that bordered my tolerance. The front desk was not familiar with class pass either. It’s ok but not great. Can’t speak to the class - there was an empty studio upstairs that had bikes and little weights.
