The front desk team took me through all the steps from welcoming me, assigning me a locker with Welcome and my name on it. This was my first time taking a biking class and they showed me everything I need to know step by step and checking in before and after class to make sure I have everything and feel comfortable. Strongly recommend this to anyone all ages. No pressure. Go at your own pace slow or fast. Class gave me energy and encouragement to keep pushing through and complete the class. 💕
