My only feedback back is: the Seconds Pro timer was not divided into working intervals (just displayed the entire block) so it was hard for the group to keep track of when we worked/rested/how long we had left. There wasn’t even a 5-10 sec time lapse to allow you to change kit, and by then you’ve lost 10 seconds of your interval. Which for someone who’s competitive/has come to challenge themselves, can be a little frustrating. The space could also do with the workout being written again at the far end of the studio to avoid confusion/loss of time in interval. There was just quite a lot of the workout wasted wondering where we should be and when we should start. Genuinely lovely gym though and super commanding & friendly trainer :)
