alle Bewertungen anzeigenI love Chelsea’s classes!! Her energy, plaudits, & workout is top tier. My only critique is that the cleanliness of the facility is concerning. Specifically in the red room, there’s finger nails & dust all over the floors which is a little off putting bc we do a lot of floor work in these classes.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAbsolutely loved this place! You get the best of all 3 worlds. A little bit of spin, with some strength training, and end with yoga for the cool down. A lot of places don’t offer a decent cool down after strenuous exercises which made SPENGA a plus plus! Would absolutely come again!
