alle Bewertungen anzeigenShelby was an amazing teacher. It’s very hard to find somebody who can give proper guidance and communicate clearly the moves in a very clear style. Many times you will get a teacher who does the standard Vinyasa flow with the same moves over and over. Shelby provided new poses and used blocks in ways that I’ve never experienced in my 20+ years of doing yoga. It was an awesome experience and I’m so happy I got to go to salt yoga. The facilities are phenomenal. The coffee shop was so cool and I have a yoga studio that can open up and have windows that let the sunrise in was great. Very cool concept with the pottery studio and the coffee was great. Overall, a great review and experience.

I came here during vacation and the studio had free mats and everything you needed to drop in for an energizing practice.
