I was able to really focus and deeply settle into each stretch, which felt rejuvenating on the mind and body. Her energy was so lovely and you can tell she is really passionate about making the class worthwhile.

Green moments really has everything a yogi could dream of - from this class, to Ngone’s vinyasa and Caro’s yin, I’m going to need to up my classpass credits! This studio and everyone that teaches here are simply the BEST!
