It seemed like a majority of the students had never been to a dance class before (me included) so I would recommend this class for anyone who wants to try a dance class for the first time. I’ll def be practicing the routine we learned at home! :)

It was my first cycling class and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Josh was welcoming and got me all set up with the bike and explained everything. His class was clear and challenging and energetic and I got a major sweat! Loved it!

Felt like a very safe space with thorough instruction despite the large class size, which made it really fun.
