My only feedback would be that her musicality could be stronger… counting on the beat, placing moves to the song and counting us in at intuitive places in the song. It wasn’t a big deal but it made things a bit harder to follow. I’ll return for sure.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe class was challenging, since I’m not as familiar with heated yoga. I appreciated Grace’s overview when I checked in and her energy during the class. It ended not being a good fit for me; I barely made it past the half way mark. I still recommend the class to people who enjoy a good blend of yoga, weights and cardio with danceable music.
