One could easily think she's calling someone a piece of sh*t but really it's her loving way of encouraging people. You have to know her to love her. You'll be hard pressed to find another instructor who loves their job more and brings her A game to every class. Char will challenge the most advanced rider yet give plenty of instruction to the first time rider. She's always full of encouragement and fun, you won't be disappointed.
