There were a lot of push up variations in the workout so my shoulders and arms are sore, especially since yesterday was arms and back day for me. Overall it was good and will probably come back.

I think for a beginner weight lifter it might be hard to follow along because it goes so fast - but why not learn when you’re getting so much hands on support and tips on form from kind instructors? And it will help beginners learn exercise and proper form and technique to weight lift outside of the F45 setting I think, so very educational

Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

Not amazing for hypertrophy but a good way to get your fitness journey started. IMO classes like F45 exist simply just to keep people accountable. The workouts are okay, but nothing you can’t find on YouTube. If you’re someone who can’t be consistent in the gym, F45 is a great way to keep yourself invested. The classes aren’t cheap, which is probably good to motivate those who have low motivation.

The rooms have everything you need and are spotless. Although you can’t book it through class pass they have rooms that have cold plunge and showers. The room I used did not have a shower however they provided a cold wet towel with essential oils. If you need a shower after I recommend booking their bigger rooms. Overall I loved it and popped in for a healthy lunch next door at Pao cafe.
