Contrary to other reviews, I do not feel like this spa feels antiquated or dated at all. I love that they use metal bowls instead of jetted tubs. The jetted tubs never seem fully clean but the bowls can be totally sanitized. I loved the calming vibe and peaceful atmosphere, which is a different experience from the vast majority of nail salons.

I’m so incredibly pleased with the finished result. If you’re wanting natural but noticeable definition for your lashes this is the way. As someone who gets overstimulated easily, I will say that the process can be a bit uncomfy at first (having lots of things placed around your eyes and not being able to open them) but Nan consistently kept me updated on how long I had left and made me feel at ease throughout the whole thing. I know with applied upkeep the service can last a while so it’ll definitely be something I come back for. Can’t give Nan and Mercedes Brow Bar enough praise, thank you!!!
