alle Bewertungen anzeigenIt was a killer workout the instructor was good I am shaking my muscles were burning so much (in a good way). Helps a lot to sit near someone who is more advanced because then you can watch to see what they're doing because sometimes the moves can be a tad confusing if you've never been before. The front desk staff was honestly pretty unfriendly and unwelcoming which is okay just can be hard to go to a new studio and try something new and not get a friendly welcoming. It was early and it might have just been an off day but it just turned me off the studio a bit and more towards the other locations.
