I had to leave the class maybe 3x because I couldn't stand the heat, but the class was really transformative. My skin was really good after all that sweating and heat. Toned up my muscles too. I loved how detailed the instructor was with warm-up and cool down, as well as with correcting our form PLUS encouraging us to keep going!!! The cold towel at the end was so refreshing :) Might be a little challenging to find the location if you're new/a tourist so look for the Bung Karno Statue for drop-off/pick-up and it's about a 3-4min walk to Zone 7 where the gym is! Will definitely be back, thank you!!!
