alle Bewertungen anzeigenAmazing yoga flow - very balanced focused which LIVED and don’t usually get to work on. Mats can be rented for 3$ and on a Sunday I was finally able to find street parking. Great amenities and the instructor Mich L was wonderful and provided fantastic modifications and advanced options for poses. We were offered free tea during check in as well which was so nice. Hope to return soon.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI really enjoyed Mark’s class. It felt different from what most studios in LA offer, and that’s exactly what stood out to me. His Hatha yoga style, combined with his teacher training in India, made the experience feel very traditional and grounded. He was incredibly attentive throughout the class, taking the time to observe each person and guide them based on their individual experience level. I appreciated how he built on where each student was, rather than teaching in a one-size-fits-all way. It created a more personal and meaningful practice.
