Quinton explained the equipment to me and helped me get settled before start time. His instruction during class was very easy to follow and I did not have to look around the room for guidance. I would recommend it for any fitness level as you can pause or adjust the intensity. You need to get there at least 10 - 15 minutes Ahead of time to set up your station.

My masseuse was sweet and professional the entire time. I called ahead and requested a female. If you want a great massage without spending too much, this place is perfect. Yes, you can hear people entering and leaving the spa, but once they’re gone, it becomes completely quiet and peaceful. My masseuse was very skilled and respectful. The hot stones were perfect! Afterward, I received a bottle of water and went home feeling relaxed and refreshed. They also accept walk-ins—I heard a woman come in, and within minutes, she was getting a full on massage. Overall, they provide excellent service!
