I have no idea what I was thinking showing up to a random class with no experience š¤£š¤£š¤£ā¦ but everyone was really helpful and kindā¦ considering that, you may want to take a beginner course or get there early to learn the ropesā¦ itās not hard to pick up what theyāre doing per seā¦ but there is a learning curve and they have there own languageā¦ also, the class was very HARD. I mean it was like holding a plank for an hourā¦ literally š„²š„ŗšā¦ but I did it! Also, wear socks because you canāt wear sneakers! And put lotion on your feet if you donāt wear socks š„ŗā¦ finally there was a code to get in the building sent to your emailā¦ which I didnāt know so I was standing outside like a goofy for a few minutes lol enjoy your workout!

With the wall length mirror you could see the instructor easily and keep an eye on your form, except when facing the barre. Iād never done a barre class before and was surprised with the amount of palates inspired exercises, but a pleasant surprise. I was hoping for more bar work, but overall a challenging and great work out. Would take this class again!
