see all reviewsKristina’s class is awesome! Her choreography is simple yet challenging and her moves flow thoughtfully from one to the next. The fun music playlist also helps keep you motivated. After 45 minutes I feel like I achieved a complete full body workout. Will definitely be back!

It was great for someone just getting back into yoga like me- the cues explained the moves and didn’t just call out the poses. She was personable and exuded a very calm and accepting aura! It was still challenging enough, especially factoring in the repetitions, to get a good workout in and I do feel some second-day soreness. the instructors voice is calming and instructions clear throughout while offering some adjustments to form for better/correct positioning.
