alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove Jessica, love this class, I used to be a ballet dancer, so it incorporates some of that, which is nice, I’ve gotten so much stronger since taking this class, it’s always a challenge and changing, so your body is always trying to keep up, you basically work out every part of your body in this class, so you’ll see a difference everywhere, just have to get through with the first couple of classes, which bring a lot of soreness, that was me after I had my baby, but great class, wish she had another one at this time twice a week, great class
