alle Bewertungen anzeigenNot sure what this outstanding instructors name was but all i know was she was substituting this class & she was the first instructor to EVER to get into a crow position in my whole hot yoga journey! I started hot yoga in July 2023 & have went to multiple hot yoga places & she was the first to ever set me up the correct way for success! This whole time i thought it was impossible for me but this amazing instructor made it possible. Please give her own class & let me know what time & day it is because i’ll be her first regular! 😍
