His cheerful words and intense movements kept inspiring us and let us feel how rewarding it was to make efforts to achieve some goals with lots of energy and dedication. Also, it was so thoughtful of him that he gave us instructions both in Thai and English, so even non-Thai attendees would never feel isolated. If you are a big fan of LesMills Body Combat and love to push yourself, challenge your limit, and feel a tremendous amount of accomplishment, I would highly recommend you to join his class!
