He fully utilizes the third gear and goes heavier and slower than other instructors in the best way possible. Finally a spin class with more focus on strength, love love love his positive energy too :)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove Molly’s class! Amazing energy, great playlist, and always a fun workout. My only feedback is that ClassPass users aren’t able to choose their bikes. Even when I book a week ahead, I often get assigned a bike in the corner. Other than that, it’s a fantastic class!
