I had gone to thee gym prior but decided to take the high intensity workout class here, it worked out different parts of your body if that’s what you’re looking for. The instructor was on it, making sure you’re not holding back but also taking time to check on everyone to make sure their form is correct/they are not slacking. He applied pressure but was motivating, there was a good balance. 10/10, would go again, just not on a day that I already went to the gym haha

Juan trained me very well and I felt super comfortable with him. He understood my work ethic and kept me pushing for more. If you’re looking for a difficult but great workout, I totally recommend this location. Rink was very clean and taken care of. Music was groovy. Coach was amazing. Thank you for pushing me!
