WEIGHTLIFTING
alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class is very no-fuss, just show up and get to work. We immediately launched into warmups at start time, and then Hector walked us through all of our weight exercises. After that, he checked in with me since I was the only newbie. I felt super supported the whole time; the class was small, so we all had one-on-one attention, which was helpful as someone new to weightlifting. We did two rounds of the same exercises and then did core exercises. The other gymgoers were super friendly. I left feeling strong and accomplished, but not overwhelmed. I will definitely be back!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenLove Emily’s classes and Maria too! And the studio is great and small Class sizes. HOWEVER THEY NEED TO FIX THE AC - it’s way too hot in the studio and it’s been going on for months. Please fix asap!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenA great session. Gabriella challenged us and gave us fun, less typical exercises for our agility/form/and mind. I wasn’t bored. I’d recommend!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat experience! The process was very straightforward, the team was friendly, and my hair felt so soft afterward. One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
