You have your own private suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end hotel room, including a full bathroom. I appreciated that you’re free to customize how you spend your hour based on the therapies that interest you. The red light therapy bed is limited to a 15 minute session, and the PEMF mat runs for 8 minutes, but otherwise you can tailor the experience to your preferences. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to sample a little bit of everything.Unfortunately, when I went to use the PEMF mat, it displayed a low battery warning and wouldn’t operate. I spent about 10 minutes trying to see if I could plug it in or use the attachment for a specific body part instead, but wasn’t able to get it working. That was the only disappointment during an otherwise excellent experience. Had all of the equipment been functioning properly, I would have gladly given this experience 5 stars.

The only issue was I didn’t know when it was done because it didn’t turn off so I was in there an extra ten minutes and it wore me out lol. I heard a little beep and thought it was a countdown but apparently it was when it was done. I assumed the machine would turn off completely but apparently the heat turns off and the lights stay on so you will still think it’s on. Next time I’ll set a timer on my phone and bring headphones! Great experience overall, just some little nuances to figure out!

One of my favorite parts of the experience was having my own individual sauna. It was peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Having that personal space allowed me to disconnect from the outside world, slow down, and truly focus on myself. The entire experience felt elevated and luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere where you can relax, recharge, and simply enjoy some much-needed time for yourself. Sometimes we all need to pause, breathe, relax, and reset, and ULU Wellness provided exactly that experience for me. If you’re in Austin and looking for a beautiful wellness experience with a private sauna, I highly recommend visiting ULU Wellness. Five stars for an incredible experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
