I was greeted warmly by a woman named Chris and another young lady at the front desk. She gave me a quick tour of the lovely facility. I was surprised that there were so many rooms and different class offerings, from reformer Pilates to aerial yoga to barre. I’ll definitely be back to try other classes at this studio!

Her explanations were very clear and detailed, and she made sure everyone understood each technique step by step. Everything was easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The community was also amazing — everyone was friendly, supportive, and made me feel like I belonged. The environment felt safe, encouraging, and empowering. Though there were others there who had been doing it much longer, it still felt friendly and inviting for a beginner. Clear instruction, plenty of individualized attention, and lots of encouragement. The tip to bring a friend if you’re new is a good one if you’re someone who likes to feel extra comfortable, since there is some pairing up, but I imagine it would still be great if you couldn’t find someone.
