alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe gym is very welcoming and the coaches are friendly. I didn't know what the workout was since there wasn't a description. Conditioning is mostly body weight exercises repeated for 6 rounds. 15 secs on and 15 secs off. So it's a lot of cardio. It was hard but doable. Going back to try their strength classes.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenHad such a great time at my first Deadweight class! Will definitely be going back. The class was structured, but everyone moved at their own pace based on their workout needs. Chris was super knowledgeable and gave everyone individual workouts based on what they were looking for that day. People popped in and out throughout class. At the end, Chris heard I was interested in trying Muay Thai, so he taught me a few techniques before I invested in a whole class. Great experience!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAwesome atmosphere! I tried the morning Jiu-Jitsu class for the first time, and everyone was super friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The coaches were very informative, patient, and willing to help as I figured things out. One tip: wear leggings! I learned the hard way and ended up with some mat burn on my knees. Definitely part of the experience, though! 😂 Overall, I had a great time and left feeling stronger, more confident, and like I actually learned something. Definitely stepped outside my comfort zone but it was worth it. I’ll absolutely be back for another class!

Kelly at the front desk was super welcoming and made the beginners feel comfortable before class began. I highly recommend Finney’s to anyone interested in martial arts or wanting a great workout.
