Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept.
